Over the years I have had a lot of different receivers and antennas. Like many others I started out with a cheap Uniden/Bearcat scanner. Its an okay receiver but I wanted something better and got myself an AR8200 from AOR. This was a much better receiver and I still use it to this day. But as always it was not enough and I started looking for some professional equipment.
